Laboratory for the design of social enterprises

About the program

Sikuli is a program for those who have a project idea of social or environmental impact. It lasts for 10 months, during which participants receive accompaniment and training in the design of their projects.

This initiative is promoted by Iberdrola Mexico and Unboxed, supported by Ashoka Mexico Central America and the Caribbean, as well as by Fundación Merced.

Convocation open from October 31 to November 25, 2022.

The main components of the program are

Training

  • In-person workshops for the design and creation of social entrepreneurship based on user-centric design methodology, business plan, exponential technologies, strategic planning.
  • Online workshops for entrepreneurial skills on topics such as legal bases, accounting, sales strategy, etc.
  • Masterclass with experts on topics such as systemic change, Business B, impact investment,
  • Conversations with entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the local, national and international entrepreneurship ecosystem.
