What Is Techne Corporate Innovation Challenge?

A lot of the recent interest in corporate-startup engagement has been focused on investments and acquisitions. Corporates have business and market insights, they have the resources (Financial & Human) & industry expertise. While startups are agile, innovative, and flexible with a “can-do” attitude. Corporates are constantly challenged by the nature of market dynamics and consumer behavior. And so, corporates are looking for startups & entrepreneurs who can solve the challenges they identified in the market.

The Techne Corporate Innovation Challenge is a virtual pre-acceleration program that is conducted over a period of 3 months which includes various sessions that are held where corporate representatives from different industries help startups work on finding and developing their innovative solutions to specific challenges.

Who Can Apply?

Startups based in Egypt or have a local partner in the country that are either in an idea stage or an early stage & willing to adapt or pivot their ideas to solve the challenges.

The innovation challenge will focus on the following industries
