SIC4Change is a Social Innovation Cluster that aims to transform the way in which social problems are faced and solved. We understand social innovation as a constant search for disruptive solutions to persistent social problems; solutions with the possibility of replication and scalability; sustainable solutions that allow, in short, to achieve a greater social, economic and environmental impact having as a starting point the citizenship for the definition and implementation of the same.
