Smart Women Academy

Smart Women Academy is a training and professional integration program initiated and managed by Smart YIRIBA. It is a program that targets only young women especially since the development of a country passes necessarily by women. The aim of this program is to train and insert 240 young women aged 18 to 35 for 3 months with 30 women per session over a 2-year period in the computer field; entrepreneurship; Personal development and leadership to make them operational in the job market. The program provides all motivated young women with full training sessions and 6 months of incubation and support.    

• To fight against unemployment;    
• lack of adequate training;    
• Low rate of enterprising women in Mali.

The training program will allow young women to have the idea of entrepreneurship and to be able to integrate companies with a perfect knowledge of the field or even to be able to create their own startup.
