Selfless Solutions – Shariki

Selfless Solutions – Shariki is a Tanzania-based venture-building initiative under Selfless Solutions. Shariki exists to identify and support entrepreneurs building market-creating businesses that make essential goods and services more affordable, accessible, and useful for underserved communities.

Unlike traditional startup programs that rely mainly on applications, Shariki focuses on active entrepreneur discovery, practical venture-building support, operating discipline, networks, partnerships, and aligned capital pathways. The goal is to help promising entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses, serve more people, create jobs, and contribute to long-term economic opportunity in Tanzania.

Shariki is currently in its early discovery and pilot phase, beginning in Arusha, Tanzania. The first phase focuses on learning directly from entrepreneurs, understanding their real challenges, and supporting a small group of founders before expanding into a repeatable venture-building platform for Tanzania and, eventually, East Africa.
