RISE

RISE is an initiative of the Government of the Republic of Benin designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential SMEs and innovative start-ups by offering financial support combined with technical assistance. It contributes to job creation, wealth creation and the strengthening of economic and social inclusion. RISE will enable SMEs to enhance their attractiveness and eligibility for innovative financing.

RISE is being implemented by the Sèmè City Development Agency (Sèmè City) and the SME Development Agency (ADPME) under the impetus of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and with the support of the World Bank.
