Salto—Social Enterprise Business Design

10-week online program for women and non-binary global founders

Salto is a 10-week business design program for women and non-binary founders actively working on an idea or on an early-stage social enterprise.

During this fast-paced course, you’ll implement the next phase of growth for your social venture, using a design thinking methodology, a stakeholder mindset and a foundation in innovative finance

We’ll tackle:

  • Getting rid of limiting beliefs around money and impact;
  • Understanding how human-centered design and design thinking can help you gain clarity throughout the lifetime of your venture (and in anything you take on, frankly);
  • Defining what your market needs: the problem you’re trying to solve and for whom;
  • Validating innovative finance ideas with the market so you can make better business decisions and move forward quickly;
  • Implement! How to get to predictable sales with actionable tools;
  • Developing your mindset for leadership and continuous experimentation and feedback—become a Holistic Entrepreneur with a cohort of global peers.
We’re looking for:
  • women and non-binary folks, come as you are
  • who want to build a human-centered, self-sustaining social enterprise
  • are at idea stage or less than $5,000 in recurring monthly revenue (actively working on their project) and want to grow
  • want to commit to 10 weeks of learning with, and support from, a cohort of 12 global peers
  • want to benefit from having a dedicated design strategist for the duration of the program
