Ahead of The Curve, with OXFAM, are launching “Thrive“, a comprehensive capacity development program aiming at providing pioneering impact-driven enterprises with the tailored support they need to become investment ready, and in turn expand their commercial and social returns. 

Thrive focuses on enterprises that have been operating for a minimum of two years, and that have a proven impact model in the following sectors:

• Recycling
• Food processing
• Agriculture
• Packaging
• Textiles and Garments

Enterprises that are operating in other sectors and have a positive societal impact also qualify for the program.

It will offer each enterprise with 11 days of training and 40+ hours of tailored consulting on the topics of:

• Human Resource Management
• Good Governance
• Business Planning and Innovation
• Financial Intelligence and Modeling
• ESG Standards for SMEs
• Social Impact Measurement
