EmpleANDO

Empleabilidad con grupos vulnerables

EmpleANDO is a new acceleration program focused on employability of vulnerable groups in Mexico.

We seek to promote labor inclusion through the training of social enterprises or organizations dedicated to job training or the generation of decent jobs. The groups that will be strengthened within the program are migrants, the LGBTQ+ community, women, young people in the process of social reintegration, people with disabilities, the elderly, among others.

Who are we looking for?

To enter this program, we are looking for companies or organizations that:

Have a business model that contemplates providing employment to vulnerable groups and have a growth or expansion initiative.
Train vulnerable groups as well as companies and corporations to promote more inclusive employability and have an initiative to reach a greater number of beneficiaries.

What is the application process?

  • To apply, fill out the form you can find on this page and, if your project is selected, we will ask you for an interview to learn more about your growth project.
