Kuza Program

Helping small businesses thrive

The Kuza Program is a 4-month entrepreneurship journey designed to empower early-stage business founders in Kilifi County. Through a blend of in-person and virtual training, hands-on coaching, peer mentorship, and networking with investors and seasoned entrepreneurs, Kuza aims to equip founders in Kilifi with the tools to refine their business models, strengthen team leadership, streamline processes, interact & network with the startup & SME ecosystem, grow their revenue, and scale their impact.

As a participant, you’ll receive personalized business coaching, access to a coworking space, support in adopting digital tools, and opportunities to pitch to funders. You’ll join a vibrant community of fellow entrepreneurs, benefit from six months of post-program support, and be part of a growing alumni network.

By joining Kuza, you’ll gain:

  • Expert-led training in business modeling, finance, marketing, and leadership.

  • Group coaching and peer-to-peer learning.

  • Access to coworking and networking space at Merime Space.

  • Funding linkage opportunities and investor pitching sessions.
