The Program
An ad-hoc 12-week optimization and acceleration program for each startup, based on its evaluation and unique growth plan.
Optimisation
The startups are guided to work on the basis of company health (cost structure, operations, finance).
Product Innovation
The startups will work with the program partner Effecta, to define the product innovations needed to achieve their growth goal.
Brand experience
LIQUID will work with each startup to improve their brand experience, from developing a visual identity, to the extension of the real brand to new products and categories.
Commercial
The startups will connect with mentors to review and improve their commercial strategy, and the liquid will support the digital growth strategy, including the site of E-Commerce.
Access to grants
The startups will be connected with organizations and individuals who can help them get funding for the achievement of their goals, such as Concytec, Innovate, Kunan, etc. In addition, the team at LIDID will help them complete their postulations to such funding.
Operations and logistics
The startups will connect with mentors and partners to review and improve their supply chain, manufacturing process, storage and shipping.
ESG, Legal, Financial, Accounting and R.R.H.H.
The startups will receive basic legal documents and connect with experts on ESG, finance, accounting and human resources.
