8th edition of the SCALERATOR #8 in partnership with Creact4Med Project and VC4A, part of the activities under the FMO Ventures Program is launching a call for applications dedicated to entrepreneurs with startups that operate mainly in the field of cultural and creative industries (CCI) while developing technological solutions that focus on FinTech, AgriTech, Greentech , Healthtech or any other solutions that aim to improve access to goods and services to the under-served segments of the population 

We want to support your startup’s momentum and build new value-creating opportunities and participate in the sustainable rebound of the Moroccan economy.

By joining SCALERATOR #8, you will have access to

Personalized “world class” coaching: 

• LaStartupFactory commits to accompany you from start to finish in 8 intense sprints (trainings, expert talks, one-to-one coaching, mentoring).

Our criteria are very simple and pragmatic in order to accompany you in your acceleration.

Field of activity:Your startup operates in the field of energy access and cultural and creative industries (CCI), Fintech, and Agritech,Mobility, Greentech,E-Commerce, EdTech, Fintech, and HealthTech.

Innovative Solution: A technology startup whose proposed solution presents a technological, usage, or any other kind of innovation.

B2B or B2C Startup: Bringing a B2B or B2C solution that meets the needs of corporations or the general public.

Functional prototype / MVP: Have a prototype, an MVP, or an operational solution.

Acceleration takes place at LaStartupStation, a place of creativity and innovation and excellence, a space equipped with the latest technologies, a community of experts, coaches, passionate mentors and a team ready to give you all the tools that will lead you to your success.

A training platform in e-learning mode 100% free:

The process of accompanying the program has been revised to be completely digitalized in the form of MOOC thanks to CREACT4MED Academy.

Training and talks in the form of videos are accessible from anywhere in order to have from start to finish your own path as an entrepreneur.

The Scalerator program includes a set of steps: a pre-selection, a pitch in front of a jury, a training phase and then a matchmaking phase that allows to deploy the solution on the market.

1/ Selection of startups by LaStartupStation – (From October 24 to November 07)

All applications received are reviewed to identify viable solutions for further analysis of the projects.

The most promising and relevant projects are selected using experts in the field.

2/ Bootcamp & pitch to the committee – (November 11 – 13)

The Scalerator program starts with a 3-day bootcamp that will allow the selected entrepreneurs to get started with intensive training. Right after the bootcamp, candidates will present a pitch in front of the funding committee.

You will be accompanied by coaches, trainers and experts on different themes such as: soft skills, design thinking, computer graphics, software development, the objective being to transform prototypes into functional MVPs.

LaStartupStation will also help you obtain financing to deploy your solution to your first customer and to conquer new opportunities.

3/ Preparing to meet decision-makers and top management – (November 13, 2022 to May 13, 2023)

You will benefit from 08 Sprint sessions, one per 3 weeks. Each sprint includes a training session, an inspiring talk/dinner with a public figure, a one-to-one coaching with an advisor who will follow your progress during the 6 months of the program and finally a mentoring with experienced people (CEOs of large groups, entrepreneurial serials…).

4/ Demo Day in front of more than a hundred personalities – (31 May 2023)

The Scalerator#8 Demo Day is an opportunity for startups to showcase their potential via their growth to a range of stakeholders including corporates.

It’s a chance for you to showcase all the work you’ve done since the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey. You will have the opportunity to speak in front of large corporations, investors and the media! All you have to do is show what you can do by making “the perfect pitch”!
