The fallout, however, hasn’t been felt evenly and has led to Kristalina Georgieva of the IMF to call on the international community to give emerging economies a “fair shot” at recovery and future prosperity.
The Africa Debate is focused on providing a platform for discussion and action on how to best support Africa’s transformative recovery.
Taking place over three days as a fully virtual event, it will bring 1,000+ thought leaders, industry experts and entrepreneurs together to discuss how to best support Africa’s transformative recovery as part of the ‘Great Reset’. Setting big ambitions also means supporting the MSMEs who form the backbone of Africa’s economies. In a series of workshops and discussions, the Next Generation Africa Financing Forum will bring together PE Firms, DFIs, MSMEs and corporates to explore innovative financial solutions.
