About the program:
We believe that the search for sustainable production in rural properties is directly related to socio-environmental responsibility and that the joint action of these three areas generates benefits and externalities in the field, as well as in the communities in their environment.
In this path of transformation, We trust in the social and economic role of entrepreneurs, farmers and rural workers, showing agribusiness as a fertile environment for the growth and success of the people and organizations of which they are a part.
This is why the “2nd AgroGalaxy Institute Challenge” is launched , looking for educational solutions that deliver technological and methodological innovations in the transfer of knowledge and development of rural workers and small producers.

The prize is expected to evolve as follows and the winners to obtain the following benefits:
- R$ 100 mil financial aid.
- Market access and advertising.
- Seras part of the producer network, to apply the solution.
Target audience and categories:
This challenge has as a target audience: startupsbe or not part of innovation hubs, MyPEs(micro and small businesses), NGOs, associations, research institutes and universities.
The proposed solutions must relate to at least 1 of 2 categories:
- Profession of the small producer:Based on market trends and the change in the producer’s profile, professionalization requires the vision of rural property as a business (entrepreneurship that demands a management for its perpetuity as well as new technical and behavioral skills of its owner).
This category involves educational solutions that allow the professionalization of the producer and the improvement of the management of the small rural property, among the areas covered are: agrarian law, business, production, sustainability, commercial, finance and people.
- of rural workers: Rural workers play a leading role in agriculture, and therefore the 2nd category of the Challenge is dedicated to looking at solutions that allow their development as a better professional.
Thematic:
Among the priority topics to be developed are:
- Tools and introductory content for management.
- Increased productivity.
- Quality control, processes and costs.
- Agronomic and mechanization techniques.
- Health and safety at work.
- Good practice and sustainability.
