Africa, albeit rich in material and human resources, risks being left behind because of how fast-paced the world is advancing, with technology being one of its greatest drivers. If Africa must thrive this decade and beyond, a system and culture must be created to facilitate the transition to an inclusive and sustainable digital economy.

Research and statistics show that Africa is a youth-populated continent, with over 45% of the entire continent aged below 25 (as at 2022), yet remains the hub of extreme poverty rates globally. For Africa, our youth is her greatest resource and best bet to rewrite our story and increase our economic prosperity.

At InnovFrica, we have just One Goal: Build the next Silicon Valley in Africa by harnessing young talents and empowering creative ideas from the African Undergraduate Ecosystem, one university at a time.
