We have recently joined the VC4A platform and would like to introduce ourselves as potential future investors.

Impetus Impact Investment;

Serves the dual purpose of providing investors a concentrated spread of profitable investments in high growth emerging markets and establishing a long lasting impact to the economic ecosystem in these countries.

Impetus is associated with an investment bank, Valens Opportunities Investment Plc (VOIC). The main focus is equity financing in a range of businesses. VOIC has the advantage of an experienced management team whom have developed business opportunities in a range of sectors. One of these sectors is emerging markets. VOIC has therefore agreed a grant to Impetus Impact Investment.

We are therefore able to deploy funds from the 1st quarter of next year. Would you be interested in that timeline of investment? If so, we would love to engage in some preliminary introduction and due diligence to see how our relationship can develop?
