IMPAQTO is a company B that offers three service lines:

1. Coworking: Inspiring work spaces, which are rented for the time you need, the size you need. Secure office space, including for teleworkers, independent professionals, SMBs, flexible and entrepreneurial enterprises.

2. Labs: An accelerator of companies that generate social and environmental impact, with potential for exponential growth.

3. Consulting: A service that accompanies Corporate, Multilateral, NGO and Foundations in their innovation processes with purpose.

About Us

We are the first company B in Ecuador that drives change agents to turn their ideas into scalable, triple-impact companies. We address the issues facing these entrepreneurs and companies by offering coworking spaces, incubation and pre-acceleration programs, and innovation consulting.

Our story

IMPAQTO opens its doors in the financial zone of Quito in 2014 from the hand of 5 founders: Shawn, Michelle, Juliana, Daniela and Javier. Currently Michelle Arevalo-Carpenter and Daniela Peralvo, women entrepreneurs, have led the country’s first private coworking.

Since then, they offer shared workspace for entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants and change agents. It is a community of entrepreneurs and social innovators who work collaboratively to multiply the impact of their projects. For 2017, IMPAQTO grows and opens its second headquarters in the Cumbaya Valley and its third headquarters in La Floresta.
