We work to deal with the changes and make something valuable from the moment

In the face of the ‘new normal’, those who seek to arrive with certainty in 2021 must rethink everything they know, make quick decisions, specialize or find and solve the new needs of the consumer, considering the impact of these changes in the design of the new experiences they want.

From iLab, we propose to rethink, redefine and restructure what people and companies know and can do to better take advantage of the challenges that we as a society face, under some of the following starting points:

Creating smart enterprises.

Enabling staff as a single sales force that, at the same time, is able to propose, operate in new ways, and solve the causes of problems by making use of data and technology.

Adapting to the model of normality.

Creating a process roadmap, knowledge and resources based on the experiences of new social dynamics.

Undertake with structure.

It is essential to work in networks that connect economic resources and capabilities, taking advantage of assets and helping to employ and create jobs.
