ELIGIBILITY

The partners/shareholders are of Moroccan nationality and domiciled in Morocco.

1. The project/startup has an innovative character.
2. The project/startup has the potential to create economic value (> $ 100M) and ambitious jobs (> 100,000).
3. The partners/shareholders must hold significant shares in the company:
   • In the case of an LLC: at least two partners must each have a share strictly greater than 25% of the share capital.
   • In the case of an SA: at least two shareholders must each have voting rights strictly greater than 33.34% of all the shares carrying voting rights in the share capital.
4. The partners are not the subject of any litigation or litigation in progress with a banking establishment or similar.
