THE PROGRAM

For six months, we’ll guide you to take your startup to the next level. The program will start with an intense 3-month growth phase focused on your startups’ strategy, experiments and growth tactics. HSEVEN team in collaboration with our mentors and experts will follow you closely, and we will work on everything from adjusting product-market fit to defining a target market, through building traction.

The second 3-months will be crucial to develop key partnerships with major corporations and in preparing for fundraising and investors meeting. HSEVEN team will actively initiate contacts with the right VCs in Africa and around the world. Also, we will set up one-on-one meetings with our network of influential leaders who will act as adviser, client, partner or investor.

FUNDING

The selected startups will benefit from a seed investment of 150,000€ at the beginning of the program for 5 to 7% equity, then an eventual investment of 500,000€ to 1.5 million euros at the end of the program.

These investments will be invested mainly through a partnership with the venture capital firm Azur Partners. For the seed investment, 35,000€ is allocated to the cost of running the acceleration program. The selected startups will receive 115,000€ from Azur. The program will also benefit from funding from the Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF) and the Innov-Invest program of the Central Guarantee Fund (CCG) with the support of the World Bank

MENTORS

We have a network of +350 mentors across 4 continents with vertical industry
& international markets expertise. Our mentors are successful serial entrepreneurs, CEO’s, experts, investors, public figures & technologists. Through our mentors we can access the decision-makers at any major corporation.

ELIGIBILITY

1. To access funding, the startup must be legally registered with the Moroccan Commercial Register. If it is not the case, the startup will have to make the step before the beginning of the program.
2. The startup has an innovative character.
3. The startup has the potential to create economic value (> $ 100M) and ambitious jobs (> 100,000).
4. The partners/shareholders must hold significant shares in the company:
   • In the case of an LLC: at least two partners must each have a share strictly greater than 25% of the share capital.
   • In the case of an SA: at least two shareholders must each have voting rights strictly greater than 33.34% of all the shares carrying voting rights in the share capital.
5. The partners are not the subject of any litigation or litigation in progress with a banking establishment or similar

We’re about to scout the world for exceptional Moroccan and African entrepreneurial teams, looking for startups that are not afraid to build the impossible with us.

Our Startup selection roadshow will take us to New York, Montreal, San Francisco, Shanghai, Dubai, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and back to Casablanca.

20 high potential startups will be invited to participate to a bootcamp in Casablanca. Then, 10 startups will be selected to start our acceleration program.
