profitable and achieve sustainable growth. Guzakuza nurtures groundbreaking ideas and accelerates disruptive businesses.

In the past five years, Guzakuza has successfully empowered women to build disruptive Agri-Enterpreneurs through its game changing initiatives like the Shefarms, African Women in Agribusiness Programme (Ignite), Women in Agribusiness Forum, MentorHer and Dopal Natural Farm.

The Ignite program has trained and inspired the founders of Ayeh Farms in Ghana, Fertile Acres in Ghana, African Solutions in South Africa, Tsaone in Bostwana, Novy Green maize dryer company in Nigeria, Ukulimatech, Kenya, Agrilinq, HG company limited in Ghana, Mbye’s from The Gambia, and Opersi from Rwanda among others.

Obsessed with its mission of inspiring, connecting and growing women in agribusiness to be at the forefront of jobs and wealth, Guzakuza organised Ghana’s first women in agribusiness forum where successful women in agribusiness from various regions and countries shared the same platform to highlight their works.

In the last two years, Guzakuza has been organising farm trainings through internships for students from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on natural vegetable farming.

To date, Guzakuza has directly inspired over 600 women to be agribusiness entrepreneurs and thousands of other women indirectly through practical trainings, seminars, fora and mentorships.
