The FAST program, brought to you in partnership with Microsoft Corporation, is a 3-month program that is designed to identify, support and fund the next generation to fully get integrated into technology in all sectors with its main focus on the education, finances, health and agriculture.

Through the FAST acceleration program, we offer a one-stop solution to help you scale up your operations, increase sales and make the right managerial decisions.

  • Access and co-innovation with Microsoft Engineering and product team – Start-ups within the program will have access to Microsoft’s engineering team to co-innovate, this can range from product integrations to new offerings

  • Access to Microsoft Africa VC circle  -To support the start-up ecosystem through Microsoft VC Circle. Start-ups who participate in this will have access to the VC circle to raise fund
  • Cross Market expansion -Start-ups seeking to expand to the rest of Africa will benefit from cross market expansion activities which introduces their product/services to new markets within the continent

How the program works?

  • Step 1: Put together a top-notch application package, ace the semi-final interviews and get selected by the FAST Accelerator team.
  • Step 2: Get on-boarded on the FAST Portal where all your learning will take place.
  • Step 3: Get access to over 15 masterclasses on crucial business skills with top business experts, every month for the next 3 months.
  • Step 4: Get access to investors as well as Flapmax
  • Step 5: Investor Run! Present your business to local and international investors.

    Who is eligible to apply?

  • Africa-based start-ups: Africa-based start-ups with established product-market fit will be prioritized.
  • Deep tech as well focus: Start-ups with a focus on the Fintech, Healthtech,  Agritech, and Edutech as sustainability will be prioritized.
  • Commitment: Participants must be committed for the entire duration of the programme, from 28th of Feb, 2022 – 27th of May, 2022.
