An international network of Latin American Young Entrepreneurs committed to the common good and sustainable development of our region.
The Ibero-American Federation of Young Entrepreneurs (FIJE) is a non-profit organization considered to be the largest representative body of young entrepreneurs in Latin America. It was founded in 2008 by representative entities of young entrepreneurs from 17 countries with the main objective of seeking economic development with environmental partner responsibility.
In addition to the founding countries, FIJE was supported by the Ibero-American General Secretariat-SEGIB and the Ibero-American Youth Organization-OIJ in its creation.
It brings together more than 80,000 young entrepreneurs in search of business development through local and international entities and seeking dialogue with governments and international organizations.
We are looking for business leaders to develop businesses, business cultures and communities that will achieve the long-term and constant transformation of Ibero-American reality.
In order to have more honesty, more sustainable development, and greater global competitiveness in the region.
We develop entrepreneurial leadership with the identity and values that FIJE represents.
Contribute to the creation of a thriving Ibero-America, a wealth generator and entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs committed to the common welfare of their citizens.
