EridanSeed – SME Venture Scale 2026

EridanSeed is a selective venture studio program designed to help established Nigerian SMEs unlock their next phase of scalable growth. We partner deeply with founder-led businesses that already have customers, revenue, and proven traction. Over an initial 3-month venture discovery phase, we co-diagnose the business model, identify validated growth opportunities (new products, new markets, or new business lines), and equip founders with venture-level insights and execution frameworks.

Selected SMEs then enter a venture partnership where EridanSeed contributes $25,000 in equity, alongside hands-on execution support, venture design expertise, governance, leadership coaching, and access to strategic angel networks to drive traction over the following 9 months. Together, we work toward a clear and measurable outcome: helping each business build new growth engines capable of adding up to $1M in annual revenue within 24 months.

EridanSeed is sector-agnostic, but we are particularly excited about businesses operating in Agriculture & Food Systems, Climate (Energy & Mobility), Real Estate, and Health.

This is not a traditional accelerator, training program, or grant. It is a co-building venture partnership for ambitious SME founders who are ready to scale deliberately and aggressively.
