The Cordaid Enterprise Academy is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs for the next round of its accelerator programme.Take your business to the next level with a complete support package including practical business trainings, one-on-one coaching, dedicated business consultants, networking events, and access to finance. Eligible businesses are more than 1 year old, have 5-50 employees, and either generate more than SLL 190m in sales a year, or have over SLL 190m in assets.
OUR INTEGRATED APPROACHOur accelerator programme provides you with all you need to grow your business. We’ll help you refine your business model, improve your business practices and business performance, and get ready for investment.The accelerator programme is delivered through 5 different components over a period of eight months, each guiding you along on your path to growth:
Business training: Eight engaging modules to help you build your entrepreneurial and management skills, and give you practical tools to analyse your business and gather valuable insights.
Personal coaching: 2-hours of coaching credits a month to digest course learnings, help you through key business decisions, and encourage you to set goals and make action plans.
Dedicated consultants: Teams of advisors to help you get the fundamentals in place, such as making sure your financial administration is in order, building a strong brand, implementing the essential HR tools and processes, and developing your growth plan and investment pitch
Peer to peer learning: Bimonthly platform to encourage knowledge exchange and spur collaboration with other entrepreneurs. At mentor day you’ll learn from experienced business owners in your field.
Networking: Regular events to introduce you to the wider entrepreneurial community, where you might just make the right connections.
