Cordaid’s Resilience Business Development Support Services (RBDS) program is set up to improve SMEs financial,social and environmental business performance in challenging environments. Recognizing that access t ocapital is a key bottleneck to growth, the 6 to 8 months program of group training, individual coaching, expert meetings and peer consultations among client SMEs is geared towards making SMEs ‘investment ready’. The RBDS training program combines impact training as well as coaching services to transform the SMEs’ approach to business, to accelerate higher growth and better performance.
