What are the requirements?

Requirements:

• Be a mission-driven company (solve a widespread problem, not just a market opportunity)
• Be a technology-based company, preferably cutting edge technology.
• Having at least 1 co-founder.
• Having less than USD $2M in funds.
• Validated functional prototype or MVP, preferably a product already launched.
• Having a technical co-founder or team member.
• Established or planned to be established in any Latin American country.
• Use or plan to use frontier technologies.

Preferred conditions:

• Company led and made up of women, Latinos, immigrants, indigenous people, Afro-descendants and other racial and ethnic minority groups.
• Triple-fund enterprise (3P) with commercial operations that directly benefit the planet and people.

Restrictions:

• Products or services that can cause harm or addiction.
• Products or services that leverage any form of vulnerability.
• Business models that involve any form of private data use or sale.
• Weapons, military or defense applications.
• Using conflict materials.

How does the program work?

Each week, your team will meet online with partners and collaborative mentors who will guide you through the entire program, you will also meet with guest mentors who will help you solve specific problems in the daily operation and will be invited to a weekly online teacher. classes of the best specialists and experts in entrepreneurship.

To complete all the activities and tasks, you must dedicate 6 to 8 hours per week.
