The historic Paris Agreement on Climate Change that went into effect in 2016, has enabled countries around the world to become more intentional about their responses to the growing threat of climate change.
Cleanbuild.africa in collaboration with Creative Space Startups and Innovation Support Network is hosting a climate action stakeholders’ forum that will bring to fore some of the pertinent issues around cleantech and climate change in the context of Africa.
It is even more critical for African countries to achieve these goals because the continent is disproportionately vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, which compromises its development and threatens the livelihoods of millions of Africans.
The event aims to assemble cleantech startups and advocates, stakeholders, policymakers, investors and other major players across all climate verticals ranging from Greentech innovations, renewable energy, pollution & waste management, and sustainability, among others.
Notes: The forum is hosted on Zoom (link will be shared after registration)
