African pandemic resilience accelerator
For growth & mature stage African companies contributing to pandemic resiliience
We are an acceleration program for growth and mature stage African companies that contribute to pandemic resilience, offering hands-on, highly tailored support to help each selected company improve and grow.
We are founded by the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and other leading private and public organizations.
We are launching in East Africa in January 2021 and invite you to be part of our inaugural cohort! If you are interested, please complete and submit this application by 1st January 2021. We estimate that it takes 30-45 minutes, excluding the preparation of relevant documents.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify, businesses must:
- Address a fundamental gap in the health system that can improve pandemic resilience,
- Be at growth or mature stage (i.e. registered for-profit entity with market traction),
- Have Africa-focused operations and employee base
- Operate in East Africa Community (EAC) markets
