What is Imo Impact DealDay?

A pitch event run by the arise syndicate. Imo Impact DealDay will run quarterly, and the first event will take place on the morning of Friday, July 15th.

Imo Impact DealDay will bring arise members, other angel investors and Imo Impact ecosystem players together at an event where the very best startup ventures (across sectors) are guaranteed funding. Each participating investment syndicate will deploy up to N5 million on the day.

About arise

arise is a group of angel investors that seeks to invest in innovative entrepreneurs and startups at a very early stage. If you have big ideas, think out of the box and don’t understand the word “can’t” then you have come to the right place. Nothing is too crazy if you can back it up with data.

Selection Criteria

• Business must operate or will be set up in Imo State
• Funding requirement of up to N5m
• Team must be in Owerri on the 15th of July if shortlisted
