Hack.Asia 2022: Innovate the Sustainable Future

Hack.Asia is looking for solutions that can tackle sustainability issues

Aspired to celebrate entrepreneurship and inspire the next generation of innovators and business leaders in Asia, Hack.Asia is an annual Hackathon powered by Jardine Matheson since 2019 to connect innovative minds including students, entrepreneurs, and the start-up community – to create technology-driven solutions and help address real-world business challenges faced by the Group businesses and its strategic partners.

At Jardines, sustainability is integral in helping us build long-term business success and make a positive impact on the communities we operate in.

This year, Hack.Asia is looking for a variety of skills to prototype new tech-solutions that can drive positive change and solve real-world sustainability challenges. We are calling on Startups, Students & Innovators to join our journey to innovate for a more sustainable and responsible future with your big ideas and technological expertise.

Startup Track

Challenge winners:

  • Proof of concept opportunity of up to US$50,000 with the relevant Jardine Matheson group company
  • Be introduced to various Jardine Matheson group businesses
  • Mentoring, networking and introduction to executives of the Jardine Matheson group

 

Grand Final Winner – Winner across all challenges

  • Additional US$6,500 cash prize
