Défi Inside – Centurion

The Direction Générale de l’ Armement (DGA) and the Defence Innovation Agency (AID), with the support of Safran and Thales, have created CENTURION, an ecosystem of accompaniment and funding dedicated to innovations for the fighter. In this context, they launch the INSIDE Challenge (INSIDE) and invite French SMEs, ETI or startups to be innovative!

The objective of the challenge is to improve a central element of combat operations by proposing a solution, which can be installed on board vehicles and/or carried by the fighters in order to detect them when boarding and deplaning combat vehicles. They sometimes act like a Faraday cage, maintaining the geolocalized position of the fighters and preventing them from updating their tactical situations.

Winding up a grant of 10,000 € to develop their project from the second stage of the Challenge

This is also the opportunity to develop your solution in partnership with Safran, Thales, the Defence Innovation Agency and the Directorate General of Armaments and to enlarge your network!
