The Angel Investor Masterclass Lagos is part of a series of ‘capacity building’ events to help mobilize the early stage investing community in Africa and to connect the network, knowledge and capital needed to help maximize the continents entrepreneurial potential. The events are made possible through the support of the WorkinProgress!Alliance.
The masterclass will be conducted by long-time investor and entrepreneur Tomi Davies who will deepen your understanding on the valuation of early stage startups and share his best practices focused on experienced angel investors. Thomas van Halen – investor relations manager at VC4A – will give you more insights on the latest trends in the African early stage investment sector. And Tobi Oke – Partner at V8 Ventures – will address the importance of collaboration when angel investing to mitigate risks. This is also a great opportunity network with Lagos’ best and finest startup investors. Drinks and snacks will be served following the masterclass.
