The Africa Impact Summit is hosted by the Africa Impact Investing Group (AIIG), launched at the 2023 AIS in Cape Town, South Africa
The Africa Impact Investing Group (AIIG) is a dynamic network working with policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs, and civil society to channel capital towards impactful initiatives that also deliver financial returns. AIIG comprises the GSG National Partners in Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia; supported by affiliated African Taskforces.
The AIIG’s key focus areas are:
Mobilizing capital Building local financing ecosystems, driving impact, and supporting a pipeline of businesses.
Policy action Accelerating and scaling progress at national and regional levels.
Research and knowledge capture Informing action and scaling successful practices through learning and insights.

The Africa Impact Summit is the leading forum that is driving networking, deal making and impact investing thought leadership in Africa.
The summit will provide a platform to make connections, discover opportunities and share insights to drive a new form of responsible investment principle that works for Africa. Through 40+ speakers, participants will learn about the key sectors that are driving development and impact in Africa, including agriculture, climate action, education, energy, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, and water.
Discussions and dialogue at this year’s summit will bring special focus to the continent’s strategic development framework, Agenda 2063 – calling for urgent action and greater commitment by all actors to deliver on its promise for inclusive and sustainable development by the year 2063 and beyond.
