Africa@Scale is an interactive 2-day event curated by Africa Foresight Group (AFG) in partnership with DEG, CDC, African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA) and Harambeans. The conference brings together top leaders to collaborate on how to scale African companies into global champions.

The theme for the conference is Rebuilding African Businesses. COVID-19 has further accelerated the long need for deeper thinking and action to build more resilient, global champions from our continent. No African company is in the Fortune Global 500. Youth unemployment has been on the rise across Africa. To create a true backbone of African economies, we need more scaled corporations that capture global opportunity in order to create significantly more jobs, generate more hard currency income and support the overall development of our countries in a value-adding manner.
