What We Do
Acceleration
The sourcing and acceleration of 60 start-ups with inclusive and digital components to contribute to their scaling-up
Capacity Building
Capacity building of the incubators on the specificities of supporting projects with digital and inclusive business components, through the sharing of best practices and the setting up of training courses.
Funding
Via the setting up of the AFIDBA fund worth € 540,000 allowing some start-ups to obtain hybrid financing (50% zero interest rate loan & 50% subsidy).
Sensitization
The implementation of a sensitization program on certain themes including entrepreneurship, digital and inclusive business for different audiences (Bop, public authorities, entrepreneurship stakeholder etc.)
Who we are
AFIDBA is a multidisciplinary, multi-stakeholder, international and bilingual program dedicated to the inclusive, digital and sustainable economic growth in continental Africa.
Since January 2019, the AFIDBA program, funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD), has been run by a consortium of 11 actors (associations, NGOs, incubators, technical and financial partners) driven by a common desire to contribute to the sustainable economic development of the African continent.
The consortium is led by Bond’innov with the support of Positive Planet International.
