ACEI is born as a space and effort from the Dejame Try Foundation (IDF). IDF is an organization that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of children, adolescents, youth and women in vulnerable situations, through the promotion of adequate health and nutrition, the defense of their rights and the training for employability and entrepreneurship of young people and women, having the possibility of being agents of change for their communities.

We are a platform that identifies, inspires, connects and accelerates innovation and social entrepreneurship initiatives that transform realities and contribute to the sustainable development of vulnerable communities and emerging sectors.

Vision

Strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and social innovation in the region through the interoperability of services, the development of technological innovations and triple impact business models, knowledge management and articulation among key players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and social innovation. Also, position us as the first leading digital platform in the promotion of social entrepreneurship in Nicaragua.

Our approach

Our work is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and we focus on the most vulnerable entrepreneurs and communities in the country, applying a territorial and multi-sectoral approach in addition to the recognition of ethnic, gender and youth characteristics.
