About

3Vectores has more than 15 years of experience in designing creative solutions, methodologies and technology with focus on new economies, sustainable development, institutional strengthening, social and/or environmental issues, citizen empowerment, dynamization of territories and new educational formats. It is the first company B Del Uruguay and founders of System B Uruguay (supported by BID and CAF at national and regional level).
In this walk, we have developed over 100 impact projects and organized more than 40 events for state sectors, NGOs, cities and production value chains.    
We have designed and implemented multiple impact programs such as ITD Fellows (Program of Exchange for Leaders in Environmental Sustainability in the Americas), Program BIOVALOR and ANDE Circular Opportunities to identify and drive the validation of ideas and implementation of   circular economy projects, Multiplicators B, change agent program to a new comprehensive and systemic economy from their action orbits.  
Under the Innodriven brand and for more than 10 years we have worked with “Design Thinking” methodologies to empower citizens, strengthen territories, drive action towards sustainable development goals, and developing the new economies in Latin America.  

Activities  

In collaboration with organizations willing to operate under the distributed leadership we have designed events with the potential to scale as the First Latin American Circular Economy Forum held in Uruguay 2017, Chile 2018, Paraguay 2020 and Ecuador 2021 and also Day B (scaled to more than 10 countries), TEDxPuntadelEste, among others.
We have designed different KITS and DT tools for the facilitation of workshops such as: Canvas B to design sustainable business models, (with more than 35000 downloads from 115 countries), Dialogue of the Talanoa (Climate Change Week), Accordion and SDG Games to deliver workshops in more than 19 cities of Uruguay, Purpose Design Thinking, Citizen Design Thinking, Circular Design Thinking, Ecodesign methodologies, Design of Impact Business Models, Life Cycle Analysis and other toolkits for the Sustainable Mobility of UNDP Moves, Reimagining the Education of UNICEF, among others.
