You’re granted non-exclusive limited license to access the premium services sold through the VC4A.com website by VC4A (the “services”) in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Commerce explained on this page (the two form the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Membership Subscription Renewals

Please take note that all subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the appropriate time each month or year, depending on the billing option selected. This is based off of the date you signed up, and is reflected in your statements accessible in your dashboard.
If you need to cancel your subscription, we’ve ensured that it’s a painless process. Simply login to your account; you’ll see a subscriptions table. Under that you’ll see your subscription with an option to cancel.

2. Browser Compatibility

Our service supports all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 11. Whilst we strive to give every theme a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers.

3. Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, details of your VC4A Premium Account will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to one hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to premium member services and the support area.

4. Site Content

All content, including imagery, published on the VC4A.com domain, including site content published on the showcase, is property of VC4A and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the VC4A web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of VC4A.

5. Billing Details

Transactions on your account should appear with the description: “VC4A.com Amsterdam-xxxxxx”. The registered processing entity is: VC4Africa B.V., Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 23, 1012RC, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

6. Refund Policy

All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. All paid products including Premium Investor subscriptions and VC4A Verified Accounts are nonrefundable after purchase and delivery. All VC4A Investor Account features, including private groups and venture workspace access, expire immediately upon cancellation or termination of your VC4A Investor subscription.

7. Support

VC4A offers these services “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you expect them to. We offer support to Premium Investor accounts via email and phone.

8. Price Changes

VC4A reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our individual service prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices of our monthly and annual subscription plans are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the VC4A website.

9. Warranty

VC4A does not provide any warranty or guarantee these services in any manner. We cannot guarantee our service will function with all web browsers, third party plugins or components.

11. Website Usage Data Collection

We track basic usage of our website through Google Analytics and Chartbeat, industry standard tools used expressly for this purpose. When enabled, Google Analytics and Chartbeat codes track the following information: IP address, header information and traffic data including requested page(s), referring site(s) and so on. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current General Terms & Conditions and this Terms of Commerce with no prior notice.
