my name is Adamu Usman, i’m the CEO of Yasco Footwear Nigeria LTD. As the CEO, I lead a company specializing in crafting an array of footwear and leather goods, including military and paramilitary shoes, school shoes, bespoke items, trendy fashion shoes, sandals, wallets, belts, souvenir bags, training, consultancy and more. Leveraging on the government’s shift towards local production and the dense population in Nigeria, I capitalizing on the opportunity to provide affordable, high-quality, “Made in Nigeria” footwear that suits the country’s weather conditions.
In recognition of our commitment to quality and achievement we were honoured with the National MSMEs Award of Excellence in the Leather Works category in 2018. This esteemed recognition was conferred upon us by His Excellency, the former Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
