Vuno Solution (PTY) Ltd We collect PET plastic through recycling

Vuno Waste Collectors is a start-up company whose main aim is to create a PET cleaning and recycling plant in our area. We have identified a gap in the area as the nearest drop-off sites are about 10km radius away. We will be targeting the informal collectors who collect the recyclable materials from the streets.
During 2018, the plastic recycling industry provided almost 58 500 income opportunities for South Africans. Of these 7892 were formal jobs and the rest were informal collectors who earn the money by sourcing and collecting recyclables from landfills. Through these jobs, 2.27 billion was injected into the South African economy. We would like to be part of that community who adds value to the economy and indirectly taking care of the earth.
