In a world where the low-income demographic population are faced with an impaired layer of discrimination: financial exclusion and lack of the necessary empowerment to mitigate and manage risks. Hence, it become imperative that we developed and design business model that have the clients at the centre of it. This therefore ensures customers need and aspirations are the focus of our products and /or services. Microinsurance and microfinance combined to serve as the main products of this business model are so vital in that each complement one another. The clients are the low-income demographic population, who have little or no access to financial services and insurance program that benefit them and help to protect them from risks and vulnerability (poverty, disaster, and calamities). Clients in this population segment constantly fall back each time they initiate a business idea because of no adequate capital, inadequate knowledge on the business.
