Verdian Ag is a satellite- and data-driven agricultural risk and verification platform for banks, insurers, and agricultural finance programs in Africa. We provide field-level monitoring, yield risk signals, and ground-truth verification to automate credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and claims validation.

Instead of a farmer app, Verdian is B2B infrastructure that helps financial institutions reduce risk, lower the cost of capital, and safely scale lending to smallholder farmers. We combine satellite data, weather, and AI-based verification to create a continuous, auditable view of farm performance.

We are currently pre-revenue with a production-ready MVP and are raising a pre-seed round to run institutional pilots and scale Verdian as core agricultural finance infrastructure in Southern Africa.
