We aim to change the perception, redefine and create a new employment scene in the mixology and bartending industry.
While it is easy for us to take about our ideas, dreams and innovations, I think what makes our solution different is the psychology approach of defining what rightful and professional work means.
This is because of the perception to which the society (here in Africa) looks at the roles and positions of those who work in the bar and the liquor and drinks industry.
Especially at local level.
We believe that if there is a shift in perception of what we can do and achieve, more people especially the unemployed will key in and be inspired to think and create ways and opportunities for the entire industry to expand on its own.
