My business is unique, and most bizarre is how instead of opening it in the capital – center of Moldova, an agricultural country undeveloped. I decided to make an impact in the village, there where people are poor, where migration is at its’ peak and from where everyone is running away. I decided to help my grandma’s village and choose to dehydrate fruits because this is what makes part of Moldova. This way, I can save and protect what we are proud of. I can prolong the live of our so tasty and ecological fruits and vegetables (goodbye destroyed products because of small market place). Also, I plan to restore a lost tradition of processing 30 years lost art of growing mulberry (this way I can have the only local product of mulberry in chocolate and create a new touristic attraction).
Drying fruits and Vegetables can grow in a very big project, from classical dried fruits to chips, powder, decoration, etc.
And since I’m an ecological graduate student, I plan to remain eco.
