This is as a result of the increasingly low yield from their hives, a problem that we attribute to climate change and global warming. This is leading to bee extinction and fewer colonies. As bees pollinate 90% of crops worldwide, this is a larger problem, as it affects pollination and hence the global food supply chain. At Valley Bee, through the Valleyhive, which is a smart and eco-friendly beehive designed to mimic nature and encourage high honey production from bees, we solve this problem by helping beekeepers get a better yield and maximize their profits. Our sensor-enabled hives constantly maintain the optimal temperature and humidity the bees need to produce honey. This brings the beekeeper a better yield and keeps her longer in business.
