We use machine learning to forecast demand for food items per quarter – we use that data to determine which items to stock up on & also share the data with farmers to help them determine which crops or livestock & the quantity to produce per time in order to ensure they have a ready market for their products and waste is greatly reduced.
Our urban farm uses vertical hydroponics farming techniques to grow food close to the consumer using 80% less land, water & growth time.
