After additional training received in Italy, we are working on the design of agricultural production techniques to improve the quality of our local production. We set up a project to create a production unit under the greenhouse of the tomato, as well as the transformation of the tomato, which will respond to a concern for the annual availability of the tomato and also to the quality increasingly demanded by the consumers. The project therefore plans to manufacture and market better quality Tomato pulp and powder on the market.
