TODDS Enterprises makes a handmade coir sponge — a natural, fully biodegradable alternative to synthetic kitchen scourers, built from coconut husk fibre that would otherwise go to waste or low-value use. Unlike most “eco” products, it composts fully back into soil at end of life, closing the loop completely. We own the product, while production runs through a co-manufacturing partner, letting us focus on growth. Every unit sold displaces a plastic product from daily use while creating new value for Sri Lanka’s coconut processing industry. It’s a validated product ready to scale into export markets.
