Tisuka Waste Management Where Waste Meets Innovation

Tisuka seeks to become the first female-owned and proudly Zambian waste management firm that will manage different stages of the process of creating renewable energy from waste. We value community outreach and will organize cleanup events and fundraisers, establishing strategic partnerships whose proceeds will go towards recycling materials to be donated to low income areas.
We are seeking funding to establish a garbage collection company, employing mostly people specifically in underprivileged areas, that will carry out routine garbage collection along a route starting within Lusaka, and over time, stretching further throughout Zambia. These routes will emphasise on clients in residential areas and those operating farms in order to retrieve miscellaneous and agricultural waste respectively which is essential for biomass compacting, meanwhile voluntarily collecting waste left in markets and other low income areas.
